Target availability
The target monthly availability is 99%. Monthly availability is computed as the ratio of time during which `GET /health/ready` returned 200 to the total time of the month, excluding announced maintenance windows.
The portal operator publicly declares the following quality-of-service criteria in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/138.

No hard rate limits are enforced in the current version. The operator reserves the right to introduce limits in case of abuse. We recommend no more than 10 concurrent requests per client and a reasonable pause between cyclical queries.
Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance through the status page and a portal notice. Typical window duration is up to 30 minutes.
The snapshot is refreshed once per day. The exact update interval depends on the source system and may vary. The current generation timestamp is available in `GET /api/v1/metadata` (field `generated_at_utc`) and in `GET /meta` (field `generated_at`).
