This document defines the legal and operational framework for using the public API of this portal.
Data status — preliminary (unvalidated)
The data is preliminary, hourly-averaged, and published for informational purposes. It has not undergone formal QA/QC validation and is not intended for regulatory assessment or legal conclusions. The user accepts that the data may be subsequently corrected or modified.
Retention policy
Availability is limited to the last 30 days (rolling window). Older records are not retained for public access. The API automatically clips queries that fall outside this window and reports the actual interval used in the response meta block.
Disclaimer of liability
The portal operator is not liable for any damage arising from use of the data, including regulatory, financial, or reputational damage. The user is solely responsible for assessing the suitability of the data for any particular purpose.
